<p>I’m talking about a group setting. For example:
Some 30% of ALL African Americans families in the U.S are on welfare.
While only 5% of ALL Caucasian familes are on welfare.</p>
<p>Thats what I mean to say in the above post. I can see how it can be misinterpreted though.</p>
