Penn Applicant Portal's checklist

Does anyone have a complete list of forms that appear in the Penn Applicant Portal? Is the Early Decision form for counselors also listed in the checklist (It says the form was Downloaded on my Common App but doesn’t appear in my portal).

Also, how does Penn distinguish between SAT I and ACT? It just says Received for SAT I/ACT, but how would I know which has been submitted and which hasn’t? And are the SAT Subject tests another slot?

I would like to know as well

It only lists the required materials. Since subject tests are not technically required, they are not listed in the Penn Applicant Portal. The way to check to see if your subject tests have been submitted is through the College Board. Check through the ACT if it has been submitted to Penn. If in your CommonApp it says that your parents and your guidance counselor submitted the ED agreements, then you are all set, and you have nothing to worry about.

this is what a completed portal looks like
