<p>I haven't got mine yet; I submitted on the 6th before the deadline, but I've applied using the November SATs, so the results aren't out. Could this be delaying my login information? Or are there other people in the same situation?</p>
<p>EDIT: I'm international, and I'm also applying for financial aid, if that helps. However, I did confirm with a university official that my CSS/Profile reached on time.</p>
<p>You definitely need to contact Penn. Email them. You should have received your Penn portal by now. I submitted mine right on November 6th and I’ve had mine for a while now.</p>

<p>I just got mine today (i submitted on Nov1) just email them at eapp…and they would reply shortly with username and password. Don’t worry :))</p>

<p>I was e-mailed my login information on about November 10 (I think). I submitted my application on November 6. Today was the first time I noticed that they received my information. The webpage indicates that I’ve satisfied all the application requirements/materials.</p>
