<p>Hey guys, I received my Penn Portal ID a couple of days ago and can log on just fine, but all of a sudden I can no longer access the Financial Aid Apps?? I keep getting this message:</p>
<p>"You are not allowed to access the page 'chooseForm.jsp', if you are a member of another Group which is allowed, please select that Group. Restart the application

<p>I looked around and a lot of ppl had the same problem, but no one had an explanation..</p>

also, i don’t think we would be able to mail it in, since we can’t access the forms that we’d be mailing.</p>
<p>the same thing happened to me when i first got my portal id, but now it works fine. must be some sort of glitch.</p>

<p>luckily, it just so happens i log on to the portal and it is working again.</p>
