<p>on the SFS site, both the Student Financial Services Fax Number and Mailing Address are given out, so I'd assume that mailing is also an option.</p>
<p>Well, I think it's only for low income students. I'm a QuestBridge finalist, so it's required for us. I don't know about regular applicants, though...</p>
