Penn reverses its ED policy back to original (i.e. non-restrictive).

After concerns about fairness expressed from college counselors and community-based organizations, Penn decided to restore its original ED policy.
So students are able to apply ED to Penn and EA to another school but must attend Penn if accepted ED.
