Penn State ROTC? Deadlines?

Hello, does anyone know how to apply for ROTC at Penn State? I’m not sure if there is a deadline, if there is it may have already passed, but just curious as I cannot find much online. I’m fairly interested in looking into it, anyone have experience with it or know anyone in it? On-campus duties and do ROTC students HAVE to dorm with the ROTC guys? (A guy at PSU said he dormed with them or something, not sure if thats a must).

I will be attending penn state this fall on a four year army rotc scholarship. I am not aware of the process of joining ROTC if you are not a scholarship winner.
