Yesterday as I was checking MyPennState profile, my status changed from the “under review” status into “Thank you for submitting your application. Log in to your MyPennState profile tomorrow to view your application status and next steps.” Since it said that, it has changed back to the “under review” status when I checked this morning. What could this mean?
