Penn vs Yale. English???

I’m trying to decide which colleges I prefer most for the English department.
I hope to pursue a major in English Literature/Rhetoric and Composition/Comparative Literature. I know it seems like a handful but I’ve grown highly passionate about this subject and I hope to study hard and grow successful with it. I plan on double majoring in Public Relations on the side as well, with a minor in Humanities.
I’ve been doing as much research about Penn and Yale, and to be honest, both schools sound phenomenal. They’re two universities that I’d love attending, but I know I can’t do both for my graduate year, or at least I believe I’m unable to.
So I question which is probably the best choice for my majors, especially for English.
Any thoughts?

@Lunarlitgend Both are really top notch for English. Here are some English rankings.

I feel it comes down more to which environment you prefer better.

A really unique resource at Penn is also the Kelly Writers House. http://writing.upenn.edu/wh/
You should def check it out. It is a great way to be recruited at Penn and also a very valuable resource for english majors/people interested in writing throughout their academic careers at Penn.
