Brown is a long reach.
Tufts is a reach.
Brandeis and Boston C are matches.
U Mass and Providence are safeties.

Check out U Rochester. Lehigh.

Er..Brown is in RI, not MA.

Unless there's another Brown I'm not aware of?? Is there?!

No college can be considered a safety for an international. For international, all bets are off.

Hm my uncle got into JHU premed program international

Agree with collegehelp.

Bates College in Maine has great premed and does not require the SATs. Your ACT is good, actually.
