<p>If you don’t have any other essential classes, I would recommend you phase I it. One of my friends tried to phase II it for fall 2010, but it was full before his turn. However, people also drop out later on, so you could wait and get a bad discussion if you do have to phase II it.</p>

<p>phase I it. One of my friends is a junior. He phase II’d it and got waitlisted. He still got in though.
The class is in very high demand</p>
