PHD beh.Neuroscience - chances - Please

Hi there. I hope you can help me in figuring out my chances of getting into grad school. Really appreciate all the help

I am currently in process of getting my gre done. I am interested in graduate school for cog/beh neuroscience with concentration in autism.

GPA: 3.16(3.2). Bombed first two years but came back and aced every course and got on to the deans list every sem(dunno how much weight that has).
Research experience 2.5 yrs.
I am interested (so far) in applying to UT Austin, Boston U, PittsU, IllinoisStateU, columbia, rutgers, duke, delaware, UCSD,MissouriU, emory, kansas U, arizona state u...

There are other uni's high profiled ones (yale..standford) that i would love to apply but i know i cannot consider applying to.

Would love feedback on chances and what i can do to increase them. i am also considering to apply masters program.

On a side note: is it ok to ask two people from the same lab to ask for a recommendation. Like a research manager and a PI? I worked for a professor for 4 months...is it worth to ask her for a recommen?

Thank you very much for taking time to help me.

Anyone…please

You should try not to ask for two letters from the same lab. Your letters should show how you’ve managed to master and work well in different situations and on different topics. Getting two letters from the same lab won’t help with that; what would the second letter add? If you had two people in the same lab that can speak to different qualities or experiences, have them co-write one letter. Asking a professor that you’ve worked with for 4 months is ok, as long as you’ve been able to impress them and they don’t seem hesitant about writing one.
