PhD in Political Science

Hi everyone!
This is my first post here. I’m planning to apply for a PhD in Political Science. I’m from Argentina. I graduated in International Relations from a top university three years ago. Since then, I was awarded with the best thesis prize at my university, got another award as the best paper on latin american studies, and I published in two peer-reviews journals (one is very well known). I have also done academic research and taught at university (theories of international relations). Quantitative and abstract reasoning have been one of my strenghts since college.
Right now I’m taking clases to prepare the GRE. So far, I’ve been having 160 in both Verbal and Math.
As the programs I’m planning to apply, I found some very interesting people in Harvard (Department of Government), Arizona State University, Princeton, Cornell, Notre-Dame and Columbia.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
