Phone Interview...

Hello guys,
Last Friday (12/28/2012) I received an email from an admissions officer explaining she had just completed my application. She said she would like do a phone interview at 11pm this week. I have three questions:

Is it normal to have a phone interview this late? I thought perhaps it was a mistake but I was too afraid to ask. I just sent an email confirming the same date and time. I didn't receive anything else after that so I assumed the time was in fact correct.

Can I assume that the phone interview means the program is interested? Or do they have to do this with all applicants?

Is anyone familiar with phone interviews and questions? Specifically at Johns Hopkins? I did a search and found some threads, but not really on phone interviews...maybe they are the same? I would assume they would ask "why you want to choose this program" and etc..but anything else anyone would like the add?

Any interview is a good thing and it is not actually very late for graduate admissions for Fall 2013 since decisions and assistantship offers are usually made in February. however, it would be helpful if you gave more information, such as the program you are applying to and your GPA and test scores.
