We came across this beauty on our walk this morning at a nearby nature preserve.

I bet Creekland will appreciate that photo. Absolutely beautiful!

The quality of the pictures are absolutely stunning! May I inquire what camera/phone you used? I can tell you for sure that my phone won’t take pictures like that :joy:

Absolutely awesome! I think I need to start saving up for something…

I think the best part is the water imho. The ripples are so beautiful!

Mothers Day still life. Card from son, buds from hedge in front yard, and perfect rose accidentally knocked off bush by husband.

We went to a beautiful arboretum today for Mother’s Day. I took hundreds of photos and my hubs and D had patience for all of them. Ha!

Now you are just making me jealous…:slightly_frowning_face:

I couldn’t see our son today, but he sent me flowers with a lovely note, and we had a long phone conversation. I was happy today.

Today Med School Lad officially became a doctor. He went to the same undergrad/med school institution, and like many places, they have a clock tower with a reputation that if you walk under it, you won’t graduate in 4 years. He’s been here 9 years now (4 undergrad, a Take 5 option, and med school). This was his take on the two “extensions” today:

(12 seconds with a simple “not paying attention” stroll - adding one year.)

(19 seconds of “fun” and enjoyment of more than 4 years here!)

Maybe you had to be there, but it was cute…

The first doctor in our family from either side - absolutely no one else “medical” at all. We’re quite proud of him… (and yes, we have an unmasked photo too).
