My guy absolutely loves it there and has for all of his 9 years.
Wanna guess where he’s happily doing his residency? The love is apparently mutual.

Good for him!
Sunsets are pretty much all I have to share. These were “afters” from last night.
NB - I am NOT a photographer. All photos I take are with my phone, but I never add any filters or edit them.
@creekland - many congrats to Dr. DS!
May I ask what phone this is? I can’t seem to get any pictures like this…
It’s an iPhone 7plus. Lol. So pretty old! I literally just aim and shoot.
HOW?! My phone is a 7+ as well and the photos are absolutely terrible…
It’s not the phone that makes the picture–it’s the sunsets here are just incredibly beautiful at this time of year.
Lol. Did you send these to your MIL?
well that too but it just seems that the quality on my phone is just absolute garbage.
what kind of phone do you have? It is true that the newer phones have vastly improved cameras. Mine is a 6Splus but my H’s 7 camera is much better.
Ha ha!! I do post them on FB from time to time (and, yes, I posted this one). I might be a little mean…
7+ just like Hoggirl
@creekland - congrats to your son! Huge accomplishment!
I got to watch my daughter dance live and unmasked for the first time since last March, and she danced a selection from Swan Lake in a lovely local park. Obviously I won’t share pics of her (or any people) but it was also just a lovely park and a beautiful day.
Absolutely stunning scene. I can only imagine how beautiful the dancing was.
Our morning view with breakfast. This river is stunning with its beauty.
That’s just an island on the other side with the windmills - Canadian island, but not the mainland - the river is wider than this in most places. It always amazes me how many in the US don’t realize this area even exists. OTOH, it keeps it far less crowded than many vacation spots! (On our side of the border.)
Post a pix and see if someone can diagnose the problem.
