I signed up for Physics 1116 (Mechanics And Special Relativity) but lately I've been wondering if I should switch into 2216. I'm not a physics major but I'm still good at physics, and I want to take a special relativity course. I've already taken Physics B and C so will 1116 just be a repeat of that plus special relativity? If so, should I just take 2216 which is Special Relativity and not mechanics?

Phys 1116 is a very rigorous survey of classical mechanics. It goes way beyond Phys B/C and goes into some very advanced topics from classical mechanics. Essentially, it is a VERY thorough and heavily calculus based introduction to mechanics (and also covers some basic topics from intermediate mechanics).

Phys 2216 is just 1116 without mechanics, so if you don’t want to learn more mechanics but want to learn spec relativity, it’s a good and much easier option.
