Physics at Ole Miss

How is the undergraduate physics program at Ole Miss?
Any current students out there who can comment?

Also, I notice for AP credits that they only give credit for one AP Chem class (Chem 105) for a 4 or 5 on the AP Chem Exam. The AP Credit table says one can get 3 credit hours but “no lab” for Chem 105.

Does that mean undergrad physics students still have to take the one hour lab for Chem 105?

If so, doesn’t that seem a little silly to take a one-hour lab without the corresponding class?
Or perhaps I am misunderstanding their AP credit table?

Someone please enlighten me!

Hello… I’m with the engineering program. Our students are required to take physics. Last year’s Student Body president was a physics major and is now in medical school at Johns Hopkins. You are correct in that the AP credit is only for the lecture course. So, students are required to enroll in the lab since it is technically a different class. @Nerdyparent
