Physics...HELP.

I'm not sure if this goes here, but I feel like Physics may end up keeping me out of graduate school. I took the first term (algebra based) over a year ago, did terrible (C+) and now am in the second term of Calculus-Based. I just cannot grasp the concepts at all well enough do a single problem. Do any of you know of any websites that can help me out? I work during all tutoring hours and office hours of my professor so I can't get help from anyone face-to-face.

You can try out many of the physics homework help websites. I have sent you a PM with one of the more popular ones.

Are you applying to Physics grad school or you mean a grad program that requires you to take physics courses?

I'm going to be applying to biomedical oriented programs, so it is simply a requirement that applicants have a background in "general physics". Speaking with my advisor, I was convinced to switch from algebra to calculus-based, something I may be regretting haha. Thanks for the sites by the way, I'll give them a try.

Most schools have some sort of tutoring or supplemental instruction programs for very common intro-level courses. You should look into those sorts of things at your own school. If that fails, try e-mailing the professors/TAs asking if there's some other time you can drop by to get help with the homework. Often they'll hold hours "by appointment" in addition to the regularly scheduled ones.

physicsforums.com has a really active homework help subforum (usually 100+ people viewing).

This was probably in SBUMathgrad's PM, but if it wasn't here it is.
