Hey, I would like to study a little bit of physics this summer, just for the sake of learning, and it would also help me on my college physics class next year. I have a link to the website, MIT OpenCourseWare | Physics | 8.02 Physics II: Electricity and Magnetism, Spring 2007 | Download this Course
but can anyone show me how to download the free course? You need to decompress it or something and I don't know how to do that.
Anyone have other websites to get free physics courses that will help me learn physics? thanks so much!

Do you get credit for doing that...? 'cause I'm taking summer school for Physics...

WOW... Wut the helk just happened..?? i posted a reply and why is my post #1 ???

Lol yeah it does that all the time..and no i don't get credit for this..hey which summer school? is it online?

There are online courses, I'm pretty sure. I was looking for some last summer. But the MIT site is pretty awesome; I just started using it myself.
For the file you speak of, stanford1463, you need WinZIP or WinRAR. Download an evaluation of WinRAR at WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files. A cheap copy of WinZIP typically comes with XP, at least Service Pack 2. So if you download the file, you should be able to open it. Then extract all the files to a folder and you're good to go. Otherwise, download WinRAR or google WinZIP and do the same thing.

Thanks cathay, I got the free winRar thing. Also, I'm watching the videos on youtube. You have any other good physics course websites?
