Picked wrong semester to apply to, can I send my application again?

Hello,
Short version: I'm applying the UT at Austin and I picked the wrong semester to apply to, can I send my application again?

Longer version: I'm applying to the University of Texas at Austin and I accidentally picked the wrong semester to apply to. I picked the "Summer 2012" semester instead of the "Fall 2012" semester. I freaked out because I can't get the Plan II Honors Application that I need unless I apply for the fall. Furthermore, I don't want to go to college during the summer if I get accepted. I called the admissions office and they dispassionately told me to fax them a letter stating the changes I wanted to make. I have faxed them the letter but I don't have much faith that they will get it fixed in time. I forgot to ask them if I could just send another application, with the exact same information except for the Fall semester. Is this possible?
This is very important to me, please help.
And, thank you in advance.

They told you to send a fax. You sent the fax. In a couple of days, it will be OK to make a quick phone call to verify that they have received the fax and that the change has been taken care of.

I forgot to mention that applications there are due tomorrow. If I can send my application again, I’m going to do it.
