<p>I got a confirmation from CommonApp that I submitted my application and supplement for UChicago successfully, but I did not get a PIN number.</p>

<p>CommonApp sends a confirmation that you submitted the application/supplement almost immediately. You should get an email from UChicago with a PIN and access to the myUChicago page within 2-7 days, I think.</p>
