I have been admitted to Pioneer Research Program with a full scholarship. But, they’re asking for a $150 deposit, which will be refunded after my program completion. I’m still hesitant…Do they really refund the money!!!

Have you called to ask them about it? Probably the best place to start. And I assume you googled this program to ensure it’s legit.
DD did the program couple years back. Had 75% scholarship. It’s legit. As @Lindagaf says, no harm in contacting them to confirm the process. If your child enjoys research, it’s a worthwhile program.
Yes, they do return the money but there are a lot of scammers, be careful.
