Pitzer Class of 2018 Results

D didn’t get in. Having never been west of the mississippi from a small boarding school in north Georgia, I am not really surprised. She’s disappointed as she wanted to go far, but she still has lots of options open.

rejected. 32/2160 ACT&SAT, 4.17 GPA w/ strong ecs. Congrats to all those that got in!

Wow, some of those rejected have amazing stats. Congrats to those accepted, perhaps we will run into each other next year!

OMG Accepted!!! God bless!! *shocked

Hey! Did anyone get accepted and won’t attend? I’m on the waiting list…):

@BoRossi‌ me too! I know I shouldn’t be thinking it but I am really hoping some people don’t attend… :/

Has anyone on the waitlist heard anything yet??

So far on the Facebook page, I heard of a student who has recently just gotten accepted off the waiting list and he’s advice and from a few more others from past years who have been wait-listed and accepted were:

-“mail them about how much u wana come to pitzer, I was waitlisted too, and i got in.”

-" if you’re on the wait list and PZ is your #1 you should really push for it. you gotta show that you really want it. push for it so hard it’s obnoxious."

-“Yeah same here I was wait listed last year and I sent them an email (you really want to be more inventive than just “I want to go here”) and that’ll increase your chances by a lot”

-“I would send an email and something that represents you. I know a friend that did that and sent a piece of her artwork that demonstrated what she wanted to get across and was accepted.”

-“just say u really want to come, and if they accept you, you will go 100% to pitzer, and tell them some personal reasons etc, hopefully, u will get in, good luck!!”

These are all very helpful inputs from them, I hope these come in handy!
