Placement tests

hey i just have another quick question. I haven't take any placement tests for Rutgers New Brunswick but have signed up for the next date, May 14th. But the site says that we have to attend an academic planning thing AFTER we take the placement tests. The problem is that the latest academic planning thing is the 12th of May, and im taking the placement tests on the 14th. Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance for the help.

email them

Mmmm I don't know why you would have to do planning after your placement tests... they won't have your results by then anyway. Email them and I feel like it will be fine (or just show up, they probably won't know and I'm 99.999% sure they wouldn't turn you away hahah)

If I recall correctly my son signed up for his first semester courses on orientation day last year. (Middle of May). This was way before he got his results on placement testing. After he signed up for certain classes, he was informed in the summer that he had tested out of certain levels, and the freshman dean simply adjusted his schedule automatically. Also, soon after school begins there is an "add, drop" week during which you have the opportunity to change classes.
It does sound confusing, but does all work out in the end.

I had the sam issue. You'll be fine. After u got to the acadmic planning day and register for classes they will adjust ur fall schedule based on ur results. You will get the same classes just higher or lower levels.
