<p>@CellyZ It really is, and the student perspective has not received as much attention as it should have, especially considering how we are the vulnerable party in this position, dependent on public education due to socioeconomic factors beyond our control.</p>

<p>Yes it is! The “it day” is finally here!</p>
<p>I have crew tomorrow but for now I’m facebooking, instagramming and CCing. While listening to Lana del Rey. :)</p>
<p>My unfortunate plan.</p>
<p>11 PM: Scamper off to shower and pray my dad doesn’t cuss me out for being late to bed.</p>
<p>7:30 AM: Wake up, leap over to the computer, refresh every five minutes on the SPS website.</p>
<p>8:10 AM: Run down to the car with the same prayer as now.</p>
<p>8:30 AM: Compete nervously in a county-wide spelling bee.</p>
<p>9:30 AM: Spelling bee finishes.</p>
<h2>10:00 AM: Glue self to computer until results are released within the next three hours.</h2>
<p>This is all assuming my dad doesn’t go all monster on me.</p>

<p>For all of you students counting down the time… Good luck. I wish today was the day for us to be checking. Instead my daughter is off on a school trip and won’t be back until Sunday. I don’t think she’ll check until we are together, but I do wish this was Sunday afternoon instead of Saturday morning! </p>
<p>I am envious of each of you as you learn the answers.</p>
