My supplements:
Why Barnard?
I wrote about how I loved Barnard gave every women the opportunity to take leadership in the community and also I highlighted about some internships I would like to do.

Choose a woman in history and explain why you would have a convo with them?
I talked about Princess Diana and mentioned how I amazed I was by her to go beyond the UK boundaries to make a change in people’s lives, I mentioned her bravery in trying to get rid of landmines and asked what she would do with the global refugee crisis.

My essay was about an internship I had in a hospital in Nepal, which pushed me to become more interested in global health medicine.

My letter of recs:
9/10 English teacher who knows me really well, he wrote about how I write and what am I like outside of school
9/10 SS Teacher who also knows me really, he wrote about me in the class and outside of it

Also idk if this would help but I did an interview, was referred by 2 alumnas that I mentioned in the common app, I did an informal campus tour and a formal campus tour. I asked one of my good family friends who is friendly with my regional admissions counselor to put a good word for me

I am also first generation
