<p>Mathematical methods is certainly going to hurt your chances. If it was math SL, then it would be a different story. </p>
<p>And these IB predictions are a toss-up, at least at my school where I graduated, they were very unreliable. But the good thing is that the schools only count the predicted scores instead of actual.</p>
<p>Like me, I was predicted a 4 in SL bio, ended up getting a 6.
And predicted a 3 in HL history…whadda know, I end up getting a 5.</p>
<p>just to give you an idea of what they’re looking for:</p>
<p>i got early acceptance into desautels (mcgill’s business school) and my predicted grades were math sl (6), geo sl (6), bio sl (5), history hl (7), english hl (6), and french hl (6), plus 3 tok/ee points for a total of 39/45.</p>
<p>however, depending on what region you come from, they will take other factors into consideration, such as your SATs (for americans).</p>
