Summer camps that i participated:
-English course in UK for a month
-cryptology camp for 2 weeks

<p>For the UCs, your IELTS is a little low as are the in the English sections of the SAT. I suppose you have a good chance at the other schools, but some of the higher University of California schools are likely out of reach for an international student.</p>

<p>Should be match for MSU and high match for Purdue. It is hard to chance international though.</p>
