UCI/UCSB/UCD: Low Reach/High Match
UCSC/UCR; Match
UCM: Safety
Rest of the UC’s would be Reaches.

Only reason I am saying your target schools are Low Reach/High Match is that your UC GPA is not at 4.0. Average for all these schools is a 4.0+. Essays will help your chances along with an SAT retake. You are a qualified applicant, unfortunately there are more qualified applicants than spots. Some Cal States would such as CSUF/CSULB/SDSU will be worth adding to the list or some in-state privates such as Santa Clara, University of the Pacific, LMU, Occidental to name a few.
