<p>you’re going to need some pretty impressive essays. your rank is a little low even considering that you’re from a very competitive public school (sycamore/mason) and my guess is that people ahead of you will probably be applying to the same schools. you might be able to get into one of them, and i have no idea which one, but best of luck!</p>

<p>The people with class ranks ahead of me, however, don’t have perfect ACT scores and aren’t heavily lauded athletes, so I think I have the edge on them. The other perfect scorer at my school is actually ranked outside of me.
, so this won’t matter at all. My GPA is a 4.91 when recalculated without freshman year (for Stanford and Princeton), which is good enough for me.</p>
