Please chance me?

Okay, so first here’s some background information:

I’m a half deaf and half blind hispanic female from a low income family (currently on $13/hr plus overtime), whose mother got a GED and father recently got a masters from an online college. While I do attend a rather good school with great programs in the arts in Upstate New York with only about 1/3 eligible for free/reduced lunches, many of those options were deferred from me due to financial inconveniences.

I’m currently a junior and will be applying to the following in senior year: Brown University (reach???), Bryn Mawr College, Barnard College, Syracuse University, as well as others TBA. Additionally, I plan to major in Physics.

So, my current unweighted average is a 94, weighted 96
While I did terrible on the PSAT (1170), I have been practicing since then and have consistently been getting in the low 1400’s on all of the new SAT practice tests online (can’t afford the class)
Additionally, on practice ACT tests, I have been consistently achieving a 33 on them (again, online)

I took 2 honors classes in 9th grade, 3 honors in 10th grade, and this year I am taking SUPA Psychology (Syracuse University course equivalent to Intro to Psychology 205), SUNY American History (equivalent to course at SUNY Oswego), and the rest all honors, with the exemption of Algebra 2 and Health

Next year I will be taking the following: AP Physics, AP/SUPA Chemistry, OCC Pre-Calculus (course credit with Onondaga Community College), AP US Government, Honors English 12, and Band.

Also, most of the AP classes become available during senior year, and while we only have about 10, half are for computer science or languages. Additionally, to make up for it, the high school has a lot of college credit classes with OCC, SU, or SUNY
For EC’s/Awards, I have:
Academic Decathlon: Won alternate medals for history and music of India for 2015/16 school year, and for 16/17 I am the Treasurer but could not make the competition due to scheduling conflcts
Math League: While I did it in 10th grade, could not do it in 11th grade as it is only open to honors students, will do next year
Key Club: Completed 32 hours in 15/16, and is Treasurer in 16/17. Officers cannot run again in the next year and hours are not tracked
Model United Nations: Went to two conferences in 15/16 as Saudi Arabia and Estonia, but could not do this year due to financial constraints
Girl Scouts: Been doing since second grade and is currently working towards Gold Award, the highest award a girl scout can earn. Moreover, in my troop, each year we donate to a different cause
Student of the Month: 9th grade
Academic Achievement Award: get after having a cumulative average of 89.5 and above in sophomore and junior year
Scholastic Art Competition: Silver Key for painted self-portrait

Other:
Can read in Spanish
Syracuse University Greater Honors Youth Symphonic Band (9th grade)
Syracuse University Greater Honors Youth Wind Ensemble (11th and 12th): 2nd chair this year as flute
Syracuse University Poco Allegro Youth Wind Ensemble (8th and 9th): 1st flute in 9th grade
Syracuse University Allegro Youth Wind Ensemble (10th, 11th, 12th): 2nd chair 11th grade
The only way to get into those bands is to either be recommended by your teacher or audition, and once your in you are there until you graduate. It also gives college credit.

Also, sorry to be a bother, but thanks for reading!
