I go with about 4-5 hrs of sleep. My english class takes about 3 hrs every other day on its own. (Our average h/w assignment is 7 pages double spaced, paragraph/short answers) Taking 9 classes IB/AP here, but my GPA is and ok 3.5 out of 4.0.

That and EC's and standardized test studying, etc kill time. Oh and so do girls....

All of them. I really envy all of you who don't have to cook for yourselves, constantly worry about doing laundry, buying groceries, how you can stretch your money week to week etc. Packages from home are the awesomest thing on the planet.

My robotics team unofficially called ourselves the "sleep bulimics" because we'd gorge on sleep over the weekends (12-16 hours) and then go with 2-4 on weeknights (Building until 2-3 AM and then homework)

Oh, it gets much, MUCH harder sagar, trust me. I took 15 AP classes and numerous college courses in high school and found them a relative cinch. I hardly ever studied (hour a week per subject?) or did homework, and slept about 10 hours a day.

At Caltech, which is comparable to MIT, I have to study about 4 hard hours on the weekdays (weekends are reserved for fun), and am having infinitely more difficult with all my subjects regardless.

look at it this way...better to whoop ur butt into "shape" and get exposed to rigor before you get into MIT...and then when u get in, you won't be so suicidal at MIT...
then, reward yourself w/ an AWESOME, RELAXING summer :)
