Please give me recommendations on colleges

I've been searching for colleges throughout the summer and have a few choices in mind.
Michigan State as a match and Western Michigan for a safety. I'm looking for schools that have a decent economics program, are where the climate is cool or cold (preferably out east) and are less selective than usual. Most likely 60%-70% acceptance rate.
Here are my credentials:
UW GPA: 3.72 (Most likely 3.5-3.6 at graduation)
I haven't taken the actual ACT yet, but I've taken a practice ACT and I got a 24 composite
English: 25
Math: 23 (I'll be taking Algebra 2 this year so I'll get better on that, most likely 25-27)
Reading: 24
Science: 22 (This was when the kid next to me was moving the table so I'll probably be better on the actual one. Most likely 24-26)

I plan on taking at least 5 AP classes, most likely 6
1 Honors course so far

Most likely 3 years on the robotics team (2 of them will be as the head of finance)
At least 1 year of Varsity hockey (I have an injury that may not recover enough to play again)
At least 50-75 hours of Volunteer work

I can write a good essay and would be getting a letter of recommendation from my economics teacher for sure. Thinking about others.

Could you recommend some colleges that I might be interested in/could get into? I'm already thinking about James Madison, could anyone give me some info on that if they know of it or are attending it?
