Please Help - Dire Need to know my chances - I am a foreign student

<p>Hello, I am a foreign student who needs to know about my chances of getting into Rochester Institute of Technology for an M.S in Bioinformatics. Please tell me whether I have a chance at this university, or point out another university I can consider. Thanks in advance. (BTW, I am retaking the GRE soon)</p>

(It’s a fully residential women’s deemed university which offers an integrated system extending from the primary to the Ph.D. level. It was established in 1935 and has been awarded an “A” grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)). Secured 73.6%</p>

<p>JULY 1999-JULY 2002: “Bachelors in Industrial Microbiology” (Honors Degree Course) from PATNA WOMEN’S COLLEGE, UNDER PATNA UNIVERSITY, PATNA, BIHAR, INDIA. (PWC is a premier educational institution which is the first women’s college in Bihar established in 1940. It’s a convent college managed by Avila sisters. It has been awarded an “A” grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council)) Secured 71.5%. </p>

<p>Avoid Looking at my previous posts. I myself am a junior in high school. This "chances" thred is for my friend who doesn't have access to the internet, (and lives in a south asian country) so please, answer without bias. (BTW, surprisingly, my stats are just like the stats I posted in the thread in December. I am aiming for Harvard!)</p>
