“Chemical physics”? Do you mean something like chemical engineering?

If you are Canadian, then you may want to check more Canadian universities, such as University of Toronto, McGill University, University of British Columbia, etc. since costs will be relatively low.

Among US schools, perhaps consider University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Top reputation in chemical engineering, very good reputation in math, not super-selective, and relatively low list price even for out of state students.

Make sure that your safeties are definitely affordable without excessive student loan debt.
