Hello. I am not sure how to give all the rec. forms to my counselor?

Do I just print the counselor stuff from Common App and give them to my counselor? Then does my counselor fill those out and send them to the colleges via mail?

It depends on the school. At my school, we had a common form that came from the upper school office. I asked the selected teachers to write me a letter, they presumably got the form from the office and filled them out. We were required to give stamped addressed letters to the upper school office for the schools that we wanted the recs sent to and they were sent from there. We were required to sign a form that either waived our rights to see the letters (which, as far as I know, everybody did) or signed that we would not waive the right. Obviously, a letter that is private is more honest, and carries more weight than one that you can see. Ask your counselor how your school handles recs.
