I’ve read essay after essay here on CC that share the same basic flaw-- they don’t address the prompt.
And, furthermore, even if they do, far far too many don’t pay any attention to the point behind asking you to write the essay.
It’s part of your college application. It should enhance that application.
Or, to repeat my mantra: “Give them a reason to say yes.”
That’s it. Stick to the topic, and give them a reason to say yes.
Oh, and it’s December 20. Get those essays done already!!
