Why? The deadline for supplements was a month ago! What’s done is done – as it’s too late to correct errors in your supplement, whatever mistakes anyone finds will only create doubts in your mind as to your viability as an applicant. At this late date, it’s best to let it go and wait for the results of an actual Admissions Committee.

Gibby if i end up taking a gap year, i’ll be seeking your advice.
^^ Given the political climate in the US, and the cries to add Pakistan to the recent extreme vetting / immigration ban, I seriously doubt taking a gap year will change anything – that’s true no matter how brilliant your essay or awesome your stats. FWIW: many universities are dependent on the US Federal Government for research grant money, and should a policy change happen in Washington, DC, it would likely effect the Admission policies of most every US college. So, fingers crossed for this year’s Admissions cycle.
So in your opinion this year’s admissions cycle is going to be extra competitive for applicants from those countries likely to face a ban?
^^ I don’t know. I don’t think so, but a potential ban would effect future international applicants. In addition, it might effect every admitted international student from the Class of 2021 who is from a country that might be banned between now and the start of school in the fall, as well as effecting currently enrolled students. For example: http://www.thecrimson.com/article/2017/2/1/sisters-barred-immigration-order/
And, international students already enrolled in college from a banned country are being advised to not leave the US, otherwise they will not be allowed to return: http://yaledailynews.com/blog/2017/01/30/university-responds-to-trump-executive-order-on-immigration/
