I have spent a lot of time on the college life forum this year, and there are many posts by students in all kinds of situations who make allusions, vague or otherwise, of suicide. Of course CC is not a place to deal with that, but maybe it’s a good idea to provide a crisis hotline number at the top of the college life forum. I have seen more than a few distressing posts where a student seems really desperate. It is upsetting. None of us are mental health professionals and some of the kids post truly worrying things. Is this a possibility @“CC Admin” ?

There was another post today in the college life forum from a student who spoke of suicide. Has anyone had a chance to consider the above suggestion? @CCadmin_Sorin
