I don't know much about those colleges since they are out of my geographic region, but I thought Salve Regina was females only? Have you looked at Sacred Heart?

I am from CT and wasn't looking to stay in state, but I have considered Sacred Heart along with Uconn, and then Central as my last resort.

Salce Regina Is not Females only.

I don't know what classes you took, and that is important. Also, all regular classes, or some honor's classes? Anyway, don't apply for pharmacy or marine bio at URI. I think you might have a chance if you took the appropriate classes for admissions to URI, Nichols, Western NE, and Roger Williams. I don't know the others well enough to comment, but I do think that Marist is definitely a reach. Sacred Heart is a good suggestion. A couple of others you might check out would be Keene State (VT), LeMoyne , Champlain (VT), Susquehanna, Hofstra, Adelphi, Pace, Quinnipiac (apply very early), Franklin Pierce. I know some kids with similar stats that applied to those schools and were admitted. I know of 2 kids with these similar stats that got into Syracuse (obviously not Newhouse), but I also know some with these stats who were rejected. You could look into getting into a satellite/branch campus for Penn State. Editing this to say that I don't think you would get into Syracuse's business school. I would not try to get admitted there with that major. Try to find a few rolling admissions schools that you can afford, so that you know that you have a place to go. Quinnipiac would be one. My son applied to Towson and he was admitted within 2 weeks of applying. As far as your family being able to afford it, that is something you need to talk over with them before applying.

Thank you very much for the advice.

I actually toured Keene St last week and enjoyed it, unfortunately they don't offer business as a major.

I had forgotten about Champlain, but I am planning on visiting this June when I am up there for a Soccer Tournament.

My sister went to quinnipiac, and she didn't like it at all, but who is to say i won't, but I didn't think i had the grades to get in there

Also, I take Level 1 Classes, which is just below AP, unless they offer honors, then it is right below that, but I do have a few level twos in my schedule, but I moved up to all level ones next year.

one last time. please.

Work on your awards section. Those are like brownie points.

I haven't heard much about any of those colleges, actually.

I thought Roger Williams might be a bit of a reach for you.

uppppppppppppppppp

in your essay explain how working with underprivileged kids from the city changed you personaly or your view on the world...your EC's are weak but if you show your commitiment to the community you may be able to make up some ground

I think that you have a pretty good shot of getting into Emmanuel, URI, Roger Williams, Western New England College, and Siena. Salve Regina and Marist would definately be a reach though.

Thanks. After visiting the school I want to go to is Endicott, but it also has the lowest acceptance rate of them.
