<p>Hello, I'm selecting some UCs to apply to for undergraduate school, and i'm interested in science, particularly those related to biology and chemistry.</p>
<p>Based on your knowledge, could you rank the UCs by order of how good their science program is, and how focused they are in it? I heard Berkeley is at the top, or near the top, but I'm not sure about the others.</p>

<p>Berkeley Chemistry is not just a host to the top chemistry program amongst the UC schools, but it is the top chemistry program in the whole world. It is at Berkeley where the periodic table of elements was arranged. One element was also named after the school – the berkelium. All the other UCs have similar program strength for chemistry. As for biology, I heard, UC SD, Davis, SB and LA have great biology programs, which many scholars and students would say are next to Berkeley’s.</p>
