Please Read! I really need help!!!

I'm a junior at a small private school in WA. My GPA is around 3.7-3.8 Anyways...I got my psat scores back and they're horrible...156! 44 in math, 62 in WS and 50 in CR. I'm trying to get into University of Washington, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get my scores up. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i need to do to get there? Books to read, programs to take, any great tutors you kow? Also, does anyone know what scores I would need to get on my SAT, considering my GPA to get into UW? Thank you so Much!

SAT Reasoning Verbal: 520 - 640
SAT Reasoning Math: 550 - 670

thats the middle 50% data from Collegeboard.

Basically, you would need atleast around 600 in each category.

i would suggest buying some prep books and read through the lessons for each category. after getting the key points, you should then take some tests and review the incorrect questions.

Math-think critically, they try to trick you. the content shouldn't be a big problem.

cr- vocab, id suggest the list in the princeton review book since it has 300+ frequently used words and word roots. for passages, read quickly and clearly. There isnt that much deep comprehension, simple understanding of passage and question should do it.

writing- more like math than cr, learn the rules.

math is alot easier to raise than the other sections. i'd get a prep book 2 c wut the SAT tests u on and the best way 2 solve them (sumtimes the books dont give u a great way of solving problems but they're a good way 2 know wut u should b expecting) cr i'd read alot n learn vocab

writing is more like math...know the grammar rules of subject verb agreement / diction / idioms / etc.
essay is pretty important...learning the format is good
