Michigan State
South Dakota State offers this program and is under $20,000 with room and board.
I believe Northern Arizona University has an undergraduate program in construction management.
What about Construction Engineering? I would think that would be more marketable.

I'm actually an international student so apart from choosing a good school, I'm pretty concerned about the scholarships and financial aid.<<<

What is the M+CR of your 2100 SAT???
Schools that give good need based aid to int’ls or give good merit scholarships will expect strong SAT scores.
Do you still have an interest in Accounting?
You could take ACT if you can score better on that. Deadlines are coming up for applying for merit for fall 2016 admission.
Some civil eng depts have separate structural concentration. Auburn has construction managment; DD is at UA (University of Alabama) - look up how diversified civil eng is there, with four areas of concentration. DD is taking extra electives to have concentration in structural and the general civil eng.
If your ACT is high enough, you could qualify for tuition scholarship and eng scholarship. Also if your M + CR score. Automatic scholarship. Look at www.ua.edu for details.
University of New Mexico
If you are looking for a career in construction management, look for schools in areas of high growth, particularly if the school is in a metro area that will offer opportunities for part time work during the year. High growth states include Florida, Texas, and most of the south and southwest. Schools like Michigan State might have good programs, but they are not in high growth areas and construction jobs are much scarcer.

What are your stats?
Auburn University’s College of Architecture, Design and Construction has what you are interested in.

My brother majored in construction management at Chico State. I know it’s not the best school, but he got really good internships, was employed as soon as he graduated, and had a very steady job. He had his own house by the time he was 23.
@collegebound1516 tks for the suggestion. you mean carlifornia state uni in Chico?
@mom2collegekids tks for helping! yeah I’m still interested in Accounting and i’m looking for schools offering both. But since Acc is a pretty common major in most of universities, I’m only concerned with construction management/civil engineering for the time being
Yes I do. It has a great college town, too. My brother loved it.
@Zinhead tks for the suggestion! Texas A&M is included in my list, but I can’t see no more schools in Texas offering construction major. If you’ve got some names in South areas I would be very grateful! Thanks again for your very helpful advice
