please someone tells me what to do :(

I really want to be admitted to a top college. But my scores are so low and i dont know what to do. Should I retake the SAT?

SAT I: Critical Reading 450, Math 780, Writing 500
SAT II: Chemistry 800, Math Level2 790, Biology M: 730
TOEFL IBT: 114/120
GPA: 3.95/4.00
Rank: 6/180 (in one of the best high school in the country)
All of my grades are A+. (In our country, classes aren't separated as honours or APs. But my high school in in top3 in the country)

High School Activities
- National Math Olympics - Titled as "successful" at the first stage (there were only two stages)
- Member of Math Club: Vice President (1 year) / President (1 year)
- Best Buddies High School Program: Vice President and Active volunteer for down syndromes (1 year)
- A volunteer work for autistic children (1 year)
- Member of high school orchestra: Main Guitar Player (2 years)
- National Achievement in Geography Olympics: (eliminated at national team selection interviews)
- Three rock concerts in the school's traditional festivals: Vocal and Guitar Player

Extracirruclar Activities
- Certificate of Power Reading
- Achievement (Semi-finalist) in a musical composition contest: (eliminated at final stage)
- Ongoing education in singing - I'm high baritone/tenor
- Semi-Professional Guitar Player (deep knowledge of musical theory)
- Former Point Guard for the youth team of A Famous Basketball Club (5 years)
- Software developing (Delphi, visual basic, c++, java)

As supplements, they consider extra works such as musical performances. So I will send them a jazz-fusion guitar performance, a vocal performance (a song from a broadway production) and a space travelling simulation that I developed. My family's income is 8500$ annually. So I will apply for %100 scholarship also. What should i do? thanks for your advices, in advance

Your activities and other scores except SAT I are all good. Retake the SAT, it’s not so strenuous for a student like you I think.

What do you mean by top colleges? You mean the Ivies or Williams, Amherst…?

Either that, or try the ACT. Some international students do better on the ACT because it tests grammar more than vocabulary.
