Crap, I have to go to the store now.

Me:
Jacobs cream crackers (I have a tin from forever and a day ago; mom was British)
Bacon crackers and chikn in a biscuit (comfort from grandma’s cupboard)
Triscuit - plain and herb

H:
Cheezits, Wheat Thins, Ritz, McVities Cheddars, dare butter crackers

I would be willing to try the Triscuits other than the original ones but my husband wants nothing to do with anything but the original. I brought home a version with rosemary a few years ago and he was not impressed! He just doesn’t even want to try other versions ! And I don’t care, since he is the main Triscuit eater and I do love the original ones!

ShawWife is gluten-sensitive so we mostly get gluten-free crackers. At Costco, I buy crackers made from almond-flour that are reasonably tasty. Also Mary’s Crackers. We get some brands that contain assorted grains/nuts. (Crunchmaster is one, I think). I sometimes buy Carr’s table water crackers for folks who are not gluten-sensitive.

Effie’s Oatcakes. These are delicious with a good, sharp cheddar cheese. I was more worried about running out of Effie’s during the pandemic than toilet paper!

I love Effies, they are pricy though. It’s tedious, but not difficult, to make your own

Shopping in France we noticed no crackers in any stores, none at all. Then we figured it out, buy your baguette one day, slice and toast any leftovers the next for your cracker functions.
