I'm an undecided major and haven't really found that "passion" yet. I've lived in So Cal for the last 11 years. I'm considering between Bio and some humanity (maybe psych, maybe linguistics, maybe some writing). I'm also considering in double majoring. I'm also interested in being involved in community service, mens volleyball, and journalism.

Pomona gave me $34,000 a year, I'm still waiting on Brown. I'm pretty ambivalent right now. Plz help me, how do I decide?

Welcome to CC! As mentioned in other posts, create your pro and con list for both schools and then compare the two lists. Remember that Pomona is a suburban LAC and Brown is an urban university. One has a well-defined campus whereas the other does not. It all depends on where you see yourself for the next four years. If you haven't visited the campuses lately, you should. Talking with current students will give you a feel for which school is the better fit. If all else fails, you might want to consider deferring for a year.
