Poor SATs-learning disabled; take ACT?

I am the parent of a learning disabled child. GPA is 3.3. His SATS are crit reading 380; math 340; writing 360. This is pretty much in line with his PSAT, even after months of tutoring. He took the SAT with 50% extended time. That's 6 hours. I'm sure his attention was shot!! I am wondering whether he should:
a. Re-take the SAT with extra time?
b. Re-take the SAT without extra time?
c. Try the ACT. I've heard LD kids sometimes do better with it that the SAT.
Any input would be appreciated.

if your child is learning disabled, he/she may do worse on the ACT due to harsh time restraints. the ACT is sort of a “speed test”
