possibilities on me transferring to other Universities with plagiarism record.

I'm currently suspended from the University effective 19 Feb 2014 through 7 Aug 2015 with eligibility to return in the Fall 2015 semester. Record will be on my official transcript for 5 years.
I received the letter from Honor council after my spring semester was done. So they withdrew all my courses I took from this spring 2014 semester.

My professor accused me and my lab partner on copying each other's lab report in Fall semester 2013 because he thought both of our papers' writing style are similar. We are both international students from same country and I feel so unfair about this outcome. I was going to sue my school but i think it won't help me that much... and takes time and money

From now I have 105 credits (requires 120 credits in order to graduate) so I can graduate in one semester but I'm so bitter about my school and don't want to go back.

Before I transfer, I'm going to take SAT and TOEFL again.

Well, my question is "is there anyone who transferred successfully even though they have plagiarism record?" (I know someone who got expelled from the University and transferred to my school with credits)

IS THERE ANY CHANCE FOR ME TO TRANSFER TO OTHER COLLEGES?
I'm so desperate...

.

Yes there are universities that would accept you, but I would probably try and clear it up with the professor first. Can you ask to see the allegedly plagiarized work? Are you allowed to testify on your behalf and find out why the professor thinks you plagiarized? Basically, if there is any way to clear this up with the professor before you transfer, because especially if you have never had anything like this happen before to you, it seems like that would be the first step to take because it will affect your overall transcript for time to come.

Actually my lab TA accused me and my lab partner and she told professor about this. (which means professor didn’t even grade the papers) I had tried to meet professor by going to his office hours and emailed him but he didn’t want me to discuss about this outside of the honor board. He’s very sensitive on cheating and almost 30 out of 80 students got accused in that class…

got accused every semester*

Well that doesn’t sound right. Is there a possibility to set up a meeting with the TA and the honor board?

I went two honor board meetings… and the professor who accused me is one of the board members so I think it influenced voters… I’m currently back to my country

If you were dismissed that means they had enough evidence that this took place.
You can not continue to be on the defensive. You have to take responsibility for your part in all this and move on.
Transferring is possible, but you have to be honest with them and yourself, because more likely, other schools will hae to go by the information on your record until it is sponged or disputed in the court of law.
Own it, apply and move on with your life to never allow it to happen again.
No one is perfect, but everyone is responsible for their actions.
Best of luck to you.

That’s not right - almost 40%. The honor board must be busy.

yes one of my classmates also got accused and she ended up getting an F in that course which means it will be shown on her transcripts for 5 years… but she didn’t get suspended tho like i did

Did you copy each other’s lab report?

I’m just saying, with all of your fury, you haven’t actually denied it.

Are you from a school in the sub-continent?

I wouldn’t be that shocked if you are. Many here don’t think 'It’s right" but trust me professors outside of the U.S can basically do whatever they want.

I’ve been on the end of a lot of injustices ( I took two semesters abroad). Almost every semester you had a list of 20-30 students who have been “caught” plagiarizing.

no we didn’t copy each other’s paper. It’s because we put data/pictures in between paragraphs but the instructor verbally told us that we had to pic/data on the separate page (it wasn’t written)

and no It’s not a sub-continent school
