So here is my situation. I'm graduating this summer or fall with BS in Comp. Sci./Info. Sys. Recently, I've thought about my plans for the future.. And, well, I don't want to work in IT/IS all my life. (I wish I had that revelation a few years ago.) Do you think a post-bac in another area would be a good idea, or should I jump straight into grad school?

Depends on whether you know what you want to do or not. Jumping into graduate school without any focus is generally a bad idea. People who do so are often the ones you still find in graduate school 6-7 years later. If you are going to waft around looking for your personal interests, better to do it at a company or national lab paying you a few multiples of the typical graduate studnet stipend. Not to mention the work experience will give you a leg up in the admission process (SOPs that mention carefully thought out general focus directions excite admission commitees).
